NO FAULT: Driver Robert Stephens, of Shelbyville, (top) gets direction from Lebanon Police Department officer Scott Hood. Stephens, a driver for CGS Services, a garbage disposal company based in Morristown, was hauling limbs when one shifted during travel and popped theough the mesh tarp and caught on cable and television lines at the intersecton of Indianapolis Avenue and Grant Street in front of Casey's General Store. Hood said Stephens would not be cited due to the accidental nature of the incident. Stephens was headed to the Zionsville Recycling Plant, but said he was given wrong directions and ended up travelling north on Indianapolis Avenue where the branch caught the lines. Lebanon Utilities was on scene quickly to make sure more damage was not done, and raised the lines so vehicles were able to pass underneath.
