CONVOCATION: Lebanon High School senior Brendan Forester got emotional as he read a letter to his mother on Friday morning during a convocation at LHS. The ceremony was part of a two-day program called "Every 15 Minutes" which teaches students about the dangers of drunk driving. On Thursday a grim reaper figure took several students out of class. Those students then returned in pale make-up, and did not speak for the rest of the day. The event also included a mock accident scene and a video of a "drunk driver" being arrested and processed at the Boone County Jail. Several family members and friends of the voluntary victims read letters to their loved ones Friday morning.
