INTERSTATE INCIDENT: Charles Edwards, 61, Thorntown (second from right, back to camera) speaks to officers after escaping injury in a 10:02 a.m. Tuesday crash on Interstate 65 just south of the southbound U.S. 52 entrance to I-65. Police said Edwards lost control when the vehicle's hood flew up, obstructing his vision. He veered to the right, with the Jeep flipping on its side. Traffic was restricted on one lane for about 30 minutes while the vehicle was uprighted.
